Beauty with Love Recipient Form

Beauty with Love is a nonprofit making registered organization, founded by Nilima L, co-founded by Lucette N and other PMU artists.

Beauty with Love’s primary objective is to provide cancer survivors and Alopecia patients, a gift of full, beautiful brows again using different Cosmetic Tattooing techniques and 3D Areola Restoration Tattoo.

This service is free of charge to cancer survivors and a certain number of appointments by each member are set aside for this program per month.

Appointments are based on availability and priority is given to those who demonstrate the most financial need, at a member’s discretion.

Recipient is responsible for getting the service at their own risk and research, Beauty With Love is not liable for any services provided by the member.
